Established by a seasoned industry expert with over 12 years of experience in both local and international projects, AICTI has played a pivotal role in equipping aspiring professionals with essential skills in Project Management, Construction Inspection, Electrical Infrastructure, Mechanical and Plumbing Work, Carpentry, and Aircraft Interior Cleaning.
Our Mission
AICTI was founded by Eng. Michael Yadeta with 12 years of practical experience in Infrastructure Technology committed to bridging the gap between education and industry by providing hands-on training, mentorship, and internationally recognized certifications. Our goal is to empower graduates with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in construction and technical fields, fostering a workforce that meets global industry standards.
Expanding to Ethiopia
AICTI is proud to expand its reach to Ethiopia, establishing a branch office to support young, vibrant students in their journey toward skilled labor and career development. Our Ethiopia branch will provide opportunities for students to 'earn while they learn,' equipping them with practical skills to contribute to both government and private sector projects. This initiative will help foster economic growth, improve workforce quality, and support infrastructure development in Ethiopia.
